Dr. Greg Rouchon, DVM

Dr. Greg Rouchon Dr.Rouchon joined the Valley Ranch Pet Clinic in 1989 after completing a Bachelor of Science in both Biomedical and Veterinary Science, from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation, Dr. Rouchon began to practice small animal internal medicine and surgery in San Antonio, TX (at an emergency hospital) for one and a half years.

After being appointed Chief of Medicine and Surgery at a private practice, Dr. Rouchon decided to relocate to the DFW area to begin his own small animal practice at the Valley Ranch Pet Clinic, which he eventually purchased in 1993. he currently strives to maintain advanced veterinary medical skills by completing at least 25 hours of continuing education each year. His furry family includes a small colony of feline rescues who have truly found paradise at the Rouchon cat sanctuary, complete with a leather couch, air purifier, and flat screen TV

Dr. Tina Capps, DVM

Dr. Capps Dr. Tina Capps joined the Valley Ranch Pet Clinic in 1989 after completing a Bachelor of Science in both Veterinary Science as well as Biomedical Science, from Texas A&M University. Prior to planting roots in Valley Ranch, Dr. Capps fulfilled two externships (one at the Navajo Reservation in Window Rock, AZ, the other at the Veterinary Surgical Center in Dallas), in addition to working at the Golden Triangle Animal Hospital in Southlake, TX.

Dr. Capps was recently voted one of “America’s Top Veterinarians” (in 2007) by The Consumers Research Council of America for small animal medicine. Of particular interest to her is ultra-sonography of both soft tissue and the heart, which she has been practicing since 1995. Dr. Capps is the proud mother of one human son, Jaxon, and three furry kiddos; Willie– a collie, Dobby– a terrier mix, and Hermione– a domestic shorthair kitten.
